Day 2 of Summer Break

Yippee - I have 20 minutes (hopefully) to type fast and finish this blog. Toby's watching Wonder Pets and Grayson is in the sling as I bounce on an exercise ball in front of the computer. Today is day 2 of summer break. It's challenging just to think of enough things to do to keep a two year old entertained. Mondays are Gymnastics. Tuesdays - art with mommy. Wednesdays - play day with Rick. Thursdays - Music with Ms. Patty. Fridays - morning out with Daddy. We're trying to keep the kids happy...and busy.

Toby is continuing to adjust to Grayson! He has been soooo much better - patient, kind, and helpful! He wants to kiss Grayson every 5 minutes. We hired Paige to do Grayson's first year (and family) pictures. She took hundreds...but here is a few. He is 3 weeks old now and these pics are from 5 days old. The first one here is my favorite!

Grayon is getting so big...too fast! He is a good baby - sleeps ok but when he is awake he looks around and is happy to be here. He's nursing great and burps like a mad man. His face lights up when Toby talks to him. He had his first real bath last night and loved it. I think I even got a real smile - not just a gas smile. He likes to be moving constantly. That's my fault because he's been used to that in the womb.

We went to Gainesville on Friday for the casting of leg #4! I can't believe it - #4! Toby did great and was so happy to see Paul. We are thinking about getting shark fabric for his new leg. We have two more trips down there before getting the final product. Then...Mickey Mouse leg will be his "beach and pool leg".

Have a lovely week!
