Spooky Spooktacular!

Last week the family went to a local pumpkin patch to pick the perfect pumpkin. We can't get Toby to look at the camera these days - too many other important things to look at...but we did manage to get these:)

Toby enjoyed pulling the wagon more than picking out pumpkins! That night we watched Rick at our house and carved a pumpkin for each family! The boys had a good time pulling out all the icky stuff and saying "ewwww"!

On Friday we went to Jacksonville to visit our friends Jenn, Jason, and Dylan! We had a great time Friday night at the Jacksonville Zoo's Spooktacular! They put on a really great show! Just look at these pictures! I can't believe I got Toby to wear his bat costume! He was flapping around and dancing all night! Toby loved "Trick or Treating"! At first he thought is was fun to collect the candy and play with it in his pumpkin basket. Everyone was being to generous, and he was so thankful he decided to be friendly too. I caught him a few times giving his candy to other kids and back to the people at the candy stations. How funny!! Halfway into the night, he figured out that it was candy when he started putting the cardboard and plastic wrappers in his mouth. He gave me this look like he was in trouble and handed it to me, but I told him it was for him! We now know he loves the candy Nerds!

On Saturday, we went to a Kid's Festival downtown and Toby met Darth Vader for the first time! Toby was so excited he was picking his nose! We wish cousin Marki could have been with us to see it!

Here's Toby and Dylan hula hooping and watching the parade!

Then... because we hadn't done enough...we went back to the zoo on Sunday. Toby is really into the Elephants and the Jaguars! We couldn't leave without feeding the giraffe's too!

What a great weekend! I love fall festivals! Have a great Halloween! Another update to follow Halloween with Toby high on sugar!
