Toby's "Winter" the Dolphin Leg

Toby's sixth leg is the best yet!  It is the most meaningful.  It is the dolphin named "Winter" from the movie The Dolphin Tale.  Winter has the same type prosthetic gel liner that Toby has.  We are big fans of the movie and are planning a trip to go meet Winter next year.  You can see the prosthetic tale on the dolphin in the last picture.  Toby grew quite a bit taller this summer.  This leg is so much bigger than the last one - the horse leg.  The new foot size makes it a 12 shoe size.  Although he loves his new leg and shows it off to friends, he is not comfortable taking his leg off in front of people other than family.  He's adjusting well to the bigger and heavier leg.  We hope to have this leg for a year.  Paul, DeAnna, and Kevin did a great job with the casting, fitting, and production of the Dolphin Leg.  Thank you for always taking care of us Gainesville Prosthetics!  We love you!
