First Days of School - with Toby at Kindergarten!

Toby's in Kindergarten at Desoto Trail Elementary.  I absolutely love this school (and Toby does too).  I went to an open house 6 months ago and fell in love with it.  The staff, curriculum, layout, playground, after school program...everything is great!  Best part?  Grayson and I walk Toby to class some days.  Toby was very excited to get the only classroom that has an animal.  There are two pet turtles in his classroom.

Toby enjoys homework and is doing extremely well writing.  Going to Kindergarten has been a transition for all of us...Toby of course especially.  He moved to a new school with a new teacher, and he didn't know any of the other 17 children in his class.  His teacher is Ms. Owens and we are all very happy with her.

Grayson is in Ms.Tami's class at Advent.  Toby was in her class two years ago and still talks about her.  She is a great teacher.  Grayson is loving his friends that came with him from Ms. Cindy's class, and is making a lot of new friends.  He is outgoing, energetic, sweet loving, and most of the time - just plain happy!  He is so cute - look at him laying on the couch in his classroom (at orientation) reading a book.
