Toby's new Horse Leg has arrived...and we're keeping it! He picked out the fabric himself. The push pin leg is really cool. It locks into place and can only be released by pushing a button on the outside of the leg. Toby has adjusted well to it. The gel liner is so much easier to take care of too. When he plays in the sand, dirt, water, or puts snack down his leg, it's really easy to clean. Just rinse or wipe it off. It's waterproof so no more putting the socket outside in the sun and waiting for it to dry.
This leg should carry us into the spring. As it should...it cost as much as a gently used car! Seriously though....when the boys are 16, Grayson will get a car and Toby will get a leg. That's just life. At least both will get them where they want to go:)
